No reservations or holds permitted. First come bases due to availability.

Move In time is 4pm, OR  24 hours depending on availability

Valid Government issued ID required for move in.

 

Vacate or Check-out time is at 10 AM on the last day.

​

You'll be asked to pay one time $60.00 security deposit, refundable at check out.

 

Pets allowed for an extra charge of $15 per pet, per night. 2 pet max per room. 

Cannot be left unattended in units. Will be removed at Guest expense. 

Dogs ONLY, sorry no cats allowed. Maximum of 25lbs, NO EXCEPTIONS.
